NexAim Football – Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
1.1. NexAim Football operates football training programmes for children aged 4–11 in London, focused on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological football development.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions apply to all players and parents/guardians enrolled in our programmes. By registering, you agree to these terms.
1.3. NexAim Football reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes communicated in writing.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Term Fee Structure
NexAim Football operates on a fixed-term fee model. Once a player joins after a trial session, the full term fee becomes payable, regardless of attendance.
Two payment options are available:

Full Payment Upfront

Monthly Instalments (Direct Debit across the agreed term schedule)
Important: Monthly instalments are not pay-as-you-go. By selecting instalments, you agree to the full term’s cost.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension and further recovery action.
2.2–2.4 Additional Payment Rules
2.2. All players must be fully registered before participation.
2.3. Unless a written payment plan is agreed, term fees must be settled before the term begins.
2.4. Term rates are fixed to cover venue hire, equipment, staffing, insurance, and admin costs. Rates are non-negotiable.
2.5 Late Payments
a. Payments are due on the stated date each month.
b. A late fee of £5 per week may apply on overdue payments.
c. NexAim may suspend training until all outstanding balances are paid.
d. Continued non-payment constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate removal and legal recovery of fees.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1. Term fees are non-refundable once the term has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at management’s discretion.
3.2. If a session is cancelled by NexAim, we will attempt to reschedule within the term. If not possible, a £16 credit per missed session is applied to future bookings.
3.3. Player absences are not eligible for refunds or credit.
4. Code of Conduct (Players & Parents)
NexAim Football upholds values of Respect, Discipline, Growth, and Inclusion.
4.1–4.2 Player Expectations
Players must:

Follow all coaching instructions

Treat coaches and peers with respect

Demonstrate positive behaviour and effort

Maintain a safe environment for others
4.3 Zero-Tolerance Policy
NexAim prohibits:

Bullying or harassment
-
Physical or verbal aggression
-
Disruptive behaviour
-
Conduct that risks safety or development of others
4.4 Session Removal
Coaches may remove a player for:
-
Repeated defiance
-
Disrespectful language or behaviour
-
Dangerous actions
-
Disruption of learning environments
4.5 Disciplinary Actions
Serious or repeated breaches may result in:

Written warnings
-
Behavioural agreements
-
Temporary suspensions
-
Permanent removal
4.6 Parent Expectations
Parents/guardians must:

Support NexAim’s behavioural standards
-
Communicate respectfully with staff
-
Avoid interfering with coaching or discipline
-
Never verbally or physically abuse coaches, staff, or other families
4.7 Incident Recording
All behavioural or safeguarding incidents are:

Documented securely
-
Shared appropriately with parents
-
Reviewed by management
4.8 Immediate Dismissal
Any abuse, physical or verbal, toward a coach, assistant, child, or parent may result in instant removal with no refund.
4A. Behaviour Monitoring & 6-Month Review Protocol
4A.1. All disciplinary matters are subject to formal review after six months, in line with safeguarding best practice.
4A.2. Behaviour reviews consider:

Feedback from all coaches involved across terms

Improvements in listening, discipline, and emotional regulation

Impact on peers and training environment
-
Adherence to NexAim’s Code of Conduct
4A.3. Reviews may result in:

Closure of disciplinary record
-
Continued monitoring
-
Further action if behaviour has not improved
4A.4. NexAim reserves the right to suspend or remove any player whose conduct repeatedly breaches expectations.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Parents must disclose medical conditions or injuries at registration.
5.2. Shin pads and appropriate footwear are mandatory.
5.3. NexAim takes reasonable precautions but is not liable for injuries inherent in football.
5.4. In emergencies, medical assistance may be sought.
6. Equipment and Kit
6.1. Players must bring appropriate boots, shin pads, and personal equipment.
6.2. NexAim kit may be required for matches or tournaments.
6.3. NexAim is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
7. Media & Photography
7.1. Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photos/videos must inform NexAim in writing before the term starts.
8. Liability
8.1. NexAim is not responsible for damaged or lost property.
8.2. Injuries occurring through normal football participation are not grounds for liability.
9. Attendance
9.1. Attendance is expected for all sessions unless absence is communicated.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1. NexAim collects data solely to deliver services.
10.2. All data complies with GDPR and is stored securely.
10.3. Data is not shared without consent except when legally required.
11. Schedule Changes
11.1. NexAim may adjust session times, venues, or dates where necessary.
11.2. Notice will be provided as early as possible.
12. Termination of Services
12.1. NexAim may terminate a player's enrolment for breach of Terms & Conditions.
12.2. No refunds are given for termination due to misconduct or breach.
13. Force Majeure
NexAim is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
