Built for Young Players.

Founded by Naim Mejdoubi, a UEFA qualified coach and semi-professional footballer with over 13 years of playing experience, NexAim reflects his passion for developing young talent. Naim’s vision for NexAim is to provide the guidance, structure, and support that he himself did not find throughout his own football journey.

Recognised as an elite athlete by brands such as Under Armour and a member of the Middlesex FA Youth Council, Naim is dedicated to helping the next generation of footballers reach their full potential, while cultivating values like discipline, teamwork, and confidence.

Our Philosophy.

At NexAim Football, development is never left to chance.

We are a youth football organisation built around structured coaching, individual attention, and long-term player development. Our Player Development Framework and Training Curriculum combines the technical detail and creativity often associated with Spanish football, the structure and progression of the English FA pathway, and the educational values found within primary school environments.

Our training environment is designed to challenge, support, and inspire every child, all within a positive environment. We do not believe in random session plans or overcrowded sessions. We believe in purposeful coaching, high standards, and creating a positive space where every player is seen, developed, and pushed towards their full potential.

A Structured Training Curriculum

Our sessions are planned following our own progressive training curriculum, designed to develop the complete young footballer and inspire them on and off the pitch. Our training curriculum designed for all abilities, including beginners, social players, and children who want to develop their football further.

At NexAim, our high standards does not mean pressure. It means every child has a clear, supportive environment where they can learn, enjoy football, and develop at their own pace.

Training Sessions Built Around the Details

We believe the small details make the biggest difference.

We take pride in how we coach. Every NexAim session is shaped by our training curriculum, high coach-to-player ratios, and repeated contact with the ball.

We are proud to create a space where mistakes are part of learning. In child development and motor learning, progress is strengthened through repetition, feedback, problem-solving, and the opportunity to try again after errors. This helps children develop not only better technical skills, but also resilience, confidence, and a stronger willingness to learn.
